Chunxin (LAc) brings a strong foundation in biomedical science to his clinical practice and holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is currently working at multiple clinics throughout the Chicago area, making it so that he is continually deepening his expertise through collaborative, thoughtful dialogue with colleagues across disciplines.
While he enjoys working with a wide range of conditions, he holds particular interest in neurological disorders, digestion issues, and pain management. He has cared for hundreds of patients in both community acupuncture settings and private sessions that offer extensive, personalized intake.
A lifelong aspiring healthcare provider, Chunxin is passionate about patient education and finds great fulfillment in helping individuals better understand their health. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his three hairless cats (Nadine, Jigoku, and Earl), reading all kinds of fiction, and honing his skills in cooking meat.
Ja’Nelle became interested in Chinese Medicine during a long struggle with her own health challenges. After experiencing relief, it became a lifelong passion. She enjoys educating others on Chinese Medicine and natural healing to help them overcome their own health challenges. She is particularly passionate about the use of herbal medicines and studies with the White Pine Circle group of Chinese medicine practitioners. She has also worked in the nutritional supplement and health food industry and has made it a permanent part of her lifestyle.
Ja’Nelle studied at National University of Health Sciences and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York before graduating from their Chicago campus.
In her free time she enjoys sunny warm beaches by the ocean, theater, experiencing new foods, reading novels and spending time with friends and family.
